Hi Ibraheem,

good to hear that you like MITK.

Currently we do not support clicking into the 3D render window to change your
point of view to a specific point or structure. On the other hand you can
rotate and pan the image and zoom into it to follow structures. What might fit
your idea best is the free flight mode though. You can activate it by pressing
"F" while the cursor is in the 3D window.

You can find further information on navigating the render windows in the manual
[1].

Best,
Caspar

Betreff: [mitk-users] Volume Visualization PlugIn, navigation inside the volume

Halloooo,
recently I decided to try MITK to see what it can offer.I installed it in my
openSUSE 64bits system with some challenges :-) (for the sake of organization I
will post them in another post ;-)
The volume visualization plugin provides good visualization of my CT scans,
well done :). I would like to know if it is possible to navigate through the
volume e.g. double click on a specific point to go inside the volume from this
point in the render view. This will help to track some objects or go through
paths.
Have a nice day!
Ibraheem
