Hi,
if you have renamed your files as following:
file.nii.gz to file.fslgz
file.bval to file.fslgz.bvals
file.bvec to file.fslgz.bvecs
you should be able to open the .fslgz by:
Open->Browse to the folder->All known files
Open->Browse to the folder->Diffusion Weighted Images for FSL
Drag and drop the .fslgz into the application.
If you cannot see the .fslgz is it possible there is a hidden extension?
Note: You will not see the .bvals/.bvecs files. They are automatically loaded
and cannot be loaded by themselves.
Best,
Caspar

Betreff: [mitk-users] how to import fsl data
Hi
i used fsl to preprocess my data (brain extraction, brain mask) and i
want to extract ODF maxima using the Aganj method implemented in MITK. my
problem is how to import fsl data; i renamed the nifti data, b-values and
vectors' files as specified in the help but when i tried to load the data using
the file/open menu with choosing the right filter (*.fsl, *.fslgz, *.nii) no
file is recognized. could anyone explain to me simply and plainly how to import
fsl data.
Thanks
