The source tree of CppMicroServices was re-organized in the MITK master,
leaving some obsolete header files in
MITK-build/Core/CppMicroServices/include. Please either completely
rebuild MITK or remove that directory and re-configure and re-build MITK
manually.

usGlobalConfig.h,
usCoreConfig.h and usConfig.h
such as :
CppMicroServices_MAJOR_VERSION and enum MsgType
also complains about US_Core_EXPORT in usModuleResourceTree.cpp
