Dear developers, I have created a pull request with a set of tiny changes to allow MITK VS2013 compilation and a couple of tiny bug fixes : https://github.com/MITK/MITK/pull/46 Something tells me that I didn't really follow a correct procedure for creating a pull request (e.g. naming). If it is so, could you please give me a hint to how this should be done correctly.
