Hi all,

in the current master we updated the superbuild defaults to use ITK
4.5.1 and Boost 1.55 to fix some compilation problems on newer
platforms. However, the required CMake version had to be updated as well
and is now 2.8.8.

This is especially important for users of Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, since it
only includes CMake 2.8.7: one possible solution is to use the official
CMake binary [1] To use it on a 64bit system you must install the 32bit
compatibility libraries from the 'ia32-libs' package.

Best,

Marco
