Betreff: [mitk-users] Don't clear name of node on edit in DataManager

Hi List,
I have added two small bug / feature requests in the bug tracker.
1. http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17574
In case the user wants to change the name of a data node in the DataManager the previous name is cleared when double clicking on the entry. Would be nice if the name would remain but be selected so the user can choose how to proceed. Especially if the user only wants to add a letter of a number to it.
2. http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17575
In the view "properties" no dialog "choose color" is shown.
Instead a hex value can be specified (here the previous value is displayed and selected as it would be nice for the name (see above) as well).
This behaviour appeared aprox. two releases ago. I thought it would be seen right away so now I almost think this was done on purpose. Could someone possibly explain why?

Thanks for all your great work,
Ingmar
