Hey mitk users,

I have been working on cropping a particular region of interest from an
mitk 3D image. I have been able to set certain bounds for the bounding
object and using that I can crop the ROI. Now i want to dynamically set the
bounds for the bounding object.

I have 3 points, using the coordinates of which, I can find the center
coordinates and I wish to set this point as the center of the bounding
object and set the bounds at some extents from this newly set center of the
bounding object along its normal and perpendicular to it.

Has anybody come across any similar problems or any ideas of approach ?

Thanks in advance
