hello mitk users,
I would like to know if there is a functionality in mitk that would me mask a particular region in the ROI of a 3D mitk image according to the intenstiy values in the image and then allow me to locate that masked region in the original mitk image so i can perform opertaions like registration. Is this possible if I have performed a rotation operation on the ROI and subsequently masked a region in a subvolume?
