hello mitk users,
I am working on registration of two 3D mitk images and i need to use the
point based registration technique. How ever, I also need to add certain
extra featured from my side like, first thresholding the fixed image and
then performing registration.
I cannot find a dedicated source file (like mitkpointbasedregistration.cpp
& *.h ) for mitk point based registration which are available for other
registration techniques (rigid and deformable registration). Can anybody
clear this for me ?
