hello mitk users,
I have a problem where I'm help up with binary thresholding of a 3D image.I
have described below what i have done and need to get.
I have a node that contains the 3d image which needs to be thresholded
based on a user defined threshold value.
I need to be use the binary threshold class so that I can pass the node
into the object of the class and get the 3d image with only the thresholded
pixels.
The problem i would guess is that I can not pass the node to the threshold
object.
Any ideas or examples on how to proceed ?
