Hi szu,

What are you exactly trying to do?

Do you want to load a dicom files as a 4D image and simply access a certain
image volume at a given timestep within MITK?
This can be done with the mitk::ImageTimeSelector.

Or do you want so export an extracted 3D image as a dicom image again?
I am afraid MITK does currently not support writing dicom.

Best regards
Andreas

Subject: [mitk-users] extract 3D image from 4D

Hello,

my question is, that is it possible in MITK to extract a 3D dicom image from a
4D image?

Thanks,

szu
