Hi Charlie,
this can happen when updating your MITK sources from an older state.
Please just remove the
/usr/local/DIPP/DIPP-Superbuild/MITK-superbuild/MITK-build/Core/CppMicroServices/include
directory and then the compilation process should finish without any error.
