Hi guys,

now that I basically successfully transitioned to MITK 2014.10 and Qt5,
I am testing the packaging process and something seems to be missing.
Qt5 has a new "plugins/platform" folder which is needed to run the
application. I have built Qt 5.3.2 from source on Ubuntu 14.04 and have
it installed in a non-system folder so the Qt shared libraries are
packaged to the zip for my app. But the application cannot run due to
missing platform plugins. When I copy them into the folder where I
extracted the application - everything runs as expected.

Something tells me that these plugins cannot be automatically installed
by cpack because there are no static dependencies to them (I'm not sure
how the so/dll files are actually detected though to be honest). So it
should be akin designer plugins that the platform plugins are installed.
Is this correct? Should they be added to mitkInstallRules.cmake? And (as
with all my latest emails) should I file a bug for this? :)

Thanks,
   Rostislav.
