I will try to build a current MITK against debian packages and update this.

The status can be found here [1]. I think most issues are resolved but we did not follow this with high priority. In general I'm not sure if a separate ctk package would be strictly necessary as long as MITK is the only project in debian using it. Some patches for the ctk packages are on my github [2], let me know if they are any questions about them. For MITK it would be great to have at least the workbench application as a general DICOM viewer / annotation tool in debian. We would be very happy to help on packaging this. Do you think we would need lib and dev packages right from the beginning? We currently do not have a working "make install" that includes header files, but we are currently moving to newest CMake's module system which should greatly simplify things. > Thanks for any info, > -M Best, and happy holidays Marco [1]: http://www.commontk.org/index.php/Debian_Packaging [2]: https://github.com/nolden/ctk-debian > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Download BIRT iHub F-Type - The Free Enterprise-Grade BIRT Server > from Actuate!
