I am trying to use MITK as a standalone library for my application.
Basically I have cloned the latest git repository as it contains the class
"mitkWeightedPointTransform" I want use.
I have compiled MITK using the procedure described in the wiki. Now I need
some help in using MITK in my project.
Firstly, I found that after running *ccmake* and *make*... *make install*
has not been defined in mitk build process. Am I right?
If that is true, then I am looking for a consolidated place for all the
include files. I think the class I am interested in is compiled into
"libMitkAlgorithmsExt.so".
Can anyone help, how I can use this module externally (I mean outside MITK
framework) ? It just that it has a few dependencies and I would like to
find a clean way of using it.
