Hi Alpaslan, You can select the 3D ROI in the data manager. Whenever you create a new segmentation it will be appended to your original patient image as a child data node (maybe you have to expand the tree view in the data manager).
If you want to get the volume of your ROI you have to open the statistics plugin of MITK. If you select both your image mask and the original image by holding CTRL key during the data node selection, the statistic will be calculated for only the region which is covered by your mask. The calculated volume, which is shown in the statistics table, is then the volume of your mask.
