Hi Alpaslan,
The watershed tool in the MITK segmentation plugin simply wraps the ITK
Watershed Image Filter.
1) It definitely works with 3D images. If you can load the PET data
properly, you should give it a try!

Hi
I am new on mitk workbench. I want to use mitk workbench for segmenting pet
image voxels. I am going to use 3d watershed segmentation tools. However there
are some parameters such as threshold and level parameters in 3d watershed
segmentation. I looked for detail explanation of this 3d watershed segmentation
in manual but I couldnt find any information.
So
1) Is this software namely watershed segmentation suitable for 3d pet images?
2) If it is what is the meaning fo threshold and level parameters in watershed
segmentation?
I will be grateful if you answer my questions.
