Hi Demet,
I think this is a problem based on conflicting behavior.
Global reinit will reset everything, including the crosshair position. The
parcellation handler widget takes the value at the current crosshair position
to determine the label. Keeping that information after a reset does not make
much sense.
Generally I would avoid re-initing when using the parcellation handler widget.
