Hi luoxiayizhi, I assume you are refering to the level window? MITK tries to determine an optimal range to provide the most meaninful contrast, this might, depending on your kind of images, be off. You can take a look the at application documentation to see how to modify it as a user [1]. Take a look at the levelwindow class to modify it as a developer.
