Hi Xiao,

one of my co-workers had this problem too. The MITK Workbench freezed during 
startup right before the 3D window in the bottom right was shown. We could fix 
this by installing the latest graphics card drivers.

Hi Marco,

I built the new MITK successfully now, but I still have problem running it.

When I double-click the bat file, the app will start but then just hangs.
Attached is my screenshot.

I am wondering whether you can help me with that too.

This is usually a line-ending problem, see [1]. How did you get the
source code? Did you "git clone" it? Then please re-check your git
settings. If you used the source tarball we probably missed the fact
that it doesn't work on Windows. I just added a link to it on the
download page [2] so hopefully this works for you.
