Hi Xiao, one of my co-workers had this problem too. The MITK Workbench freezed during startup right before the 3D window in the bottom right was shown. We could fix this by installing the latest graphics card drivers.

Did you "git clone" it? Then please re-check your git settings. If you used the source tarball we probably missed the fact that it doesn't work on Windows.
