Hi vahid, are you speaking of extracting slices with different orientations (axial, sagittal, coronal or arbitrary) from an image volume and processing them? If so, have a look at the mitk::ExtractSliceFilter which is used for reslicing an image for both the rendering and the slice-based segmentation. There is also a test for the ExtractSliceFilter that shows you how to utilize this class.
