Hi again,

this is totally okay as MITK itself is initially configured and build *during*
the superbuild. Open the MITK-superbuild.sln. There is a project called
"MITK-Configure" which depends on all third party projects. These projects need
to be built first in order to be found by the configure step of MITK. Either
build the ALL_BUILD project or, if you want to save a little time later on, the
MITK-Configure project (including its dependencies, not a "Build only this
project"). The MITK-build directory will then be populated and you can change
the build directory in CMake to MITK-superbuild/MITK-build, to be able to
adjust the MITK configuration.

Betreff: [mitk-users] MITK-build empty, again

Hi!

So, I already posted a comment about the patch.exe file, that can't be download.
I tried to use the patch.exe file which is in the MITK-superbuild
directory and the screenshot shows the output of the configuration and
generation process.
I don't know if there are any more problems and if so, what are the
problems now? My MITK-build directoy in MITK-superbuild is still empty
and so I can't use MITK.
Any suggestions?

Best,
Heraldo
