I did manage to make it work finally with this basic example:

itk::SmartPointer<mitk::PythonService> _PythonService(new 
mitk::PythonService());

std::string result = _PythonService->Execute( "print ('Hello World!')", 
mitk::IPythonService::SINGLE_LINE_COMMAND );

I'll try your solution :).
