well, I am no more sure my build is clean or dirty. Since it is a new one, I don't mind doing this from scratch :) But before doing this: I noticed that mitk installed some stuff in the Qt folders. Was this actually necessary? I would prefer to keep the Qt installaion itself clean of external stuff? Is this possible?
