Hi Marcell,
MITK 3M3 was a binary only release in 2009 as it included some non-open source
functionality (which the vesseltree segmentation was part of). The data type
has since been redesigned and moved to open source [1]. Depending on the
functionality you are looking for you might want to take a look at the open
source 3D Region growing Tool[2,3].

Dear MITK team,
I'm a college student doing my Masters at the University of Szeged in computer
programming. I'm working on my thesis concerning interactive vessel
segmentation in medical image processing, particularly around the liver.
I thought about creating a plugin for MITK in order to do that, and during my
research into the subject, I found the MITK 3M3 application. However, it looks
like the 3M3 project is dead, since I could not find a working download link to
neither binaries or sources, even though you have a link on the MITK page
download section (which doesn’t work).
So is there a possibility that I can access the 3M3 sources to use some of its
features, essentially the vessel tree segmentation module, to develop my plugin?
