at least the Region Grower should work much better now. For the other bugs you
are interested in I recommend to follow the link to our bug tracker that
Andreas posted and add yourself to the CC of these bugs to stay up-to-date as
soon as there is any activity on the bugs.

Does the MITK master support Qt 5.5 now? Last time when I checked (in January,
I think) I needed to update the CTK commit hash to get some recent fixes. Up to
Qt 5.4.2 it was OK.
