I'm trying to understand plugins dispatching possibilities with MITK
Currently MITK scans provisioning file and directories for plugins and then
load them
But neither method `start` nor other method from ctk activator interface is
called
Ideally
- I wish to know which plugins are loaded
- Having some access to registered (with BERRY_REGISTER...) QAbstractView
I need some ability to call some method (maybe static) from plugin's
registering QAbstractView class on registeration stage (at MITK startup) (not
at actual `start` stage but way before it)
