?Hi again,
in addition to the other answer to your latest mail, I suggest to have a look at the segmentation tools, where we interact with contours. Especially the LiveWire tool allows to manipulate a contour by clicking and dragging. That's might be a good starting point. I'm having difficulty about where to start with. I have my mesh files as .STL files. When I load an STL file, I'm able to display it in the 3D viewer. On the 2D viewers it appears as contours. I should be able to click on the contour and drag on some 2D viewer and I should be able to deform it. How to access these contour points of the mesh on each slice? I know that I can deform/warp a contour using VTK. I'm also aware that I may have to use the MITK's data interactors for this. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. -Sriprabha ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, SlashDot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ mitk-users mailing list mitk-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mitk-users
