Hi Abdelkhalek,
looking back at our documentation, the last MITK release that supported Visual
Studio 2010 was the 2014.10 release[1].
The corresponding project template can be found here[2].
However, just a word of warning, there have been significant changes since, so
updating to a current version or back-porting any bugfixes is going to be quite
a bit of work.

we are aware that the plugin generator currently has some issues. I would
recommend using the project template as an example instead[1].
