Thank you Stefan. I have modified the snprintf macro definition (I check if
it is defined before defining it) in the superbuild version of SOFA and
modified SOFA.cmake to use this new version. It is a quick & (very very)
dirty solution, but it serves to compile in VS 2015.

a large amount of effort.
