Hi Stefan and others, In continuing with the discussion about the issue, what I am doing is getting the QmitkRenderWindow of QmitkStdMultiWidgetEditor and all I am doing is using vtkPNGWriter, saving this image file with some customization.
IMO, when we use remote desktop, visible screen is as according to current local screen resolution whereas when we actually take snapshot, it is in capturing the remote machine screen area or failed to get the local system screen configuration. My apologies for delay in responding as I am involved with other stuffs as well. Anyone willing to share their insight or hint is welcome to share their opinion.
