Hello,
I am having difficulties building MITK with python; it builds successfully
with CTK disabled, but unfortunately I am going to need CTK later on so
that is not really an option. While compiling I get these errors:

has problems accessing the header files, so I have tried to manually add
(in VS) the path to the header files - with no effect. Hopefully you have
some tips on how to solve this problem!
