Hi all,
I would like to know if there is a way to open an image and its
segmentation in MITK and change hierarchy. For instance in this photo
http://i.imgur.com/At0Ja3P.png the segmented image is not "part" of
original as in this one http://i.imgur.com/MnZnveu.png.
