Hi Haiyong?,

please be aware that Peter (the maintainer of MITK Diffusion) is on vacation
until the end of next week, so probably you'll have to wait a little longer for
an answer if nobody else of the community can help you.

Best,

Stefan

fibers at horizontal and vertical.

BTW, I have run streamline tractography based on this crossing data, and the
number of horizontal, vertical and the total fibers are basically in line with
expectations.

Hi MITK experts,

I have tested an in-house DWI-Simulator/phantom generator using
MitkGlobalTractography algorithms including GUI on iMac (based on 2014.10) and
most recently released Linux version(2017.7). I simply generated a simulated
60*60*60 crossing data. I achieved the *.trk files following the below steps:
1. Reconstructing Q-Balls using default settings in the GUI, e.g. Aganj 2009.
2. Running Gibbs tracking with default parameters, and saving the output with
*.trk.
3. Loading the *.trk and FA in TrackVis, manually drawing 4 ROIs at the ends of
bundles.
4. Statistics the numbers of horizontal, vertical and total fibers. The ideal
results is horizontal=verticle=0.5*total. However, what I have achieved is
horizontal=2*verticle=0.5*total. I have produced several data sets with
different gradient files, but I got the similar results.

Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated.

The input data, parameters, and output fibers are saved
here<https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6v7irthcvk88t09/AADN-El7lF6ib5Kvf7iQVjD1a?dl=0>.

Best,
Haiyong
