Dear all，
Now I want to package the MITK using cpack，but in the CMake GUI，the
CMAKE_Visual Studio 2015 _REDISTRIBUTABLE 's value is empty . I download
the vc_redist.x64.exe from the Internet and input the vc_redist.x64.exe's
path manually. Then the MITK PACKAGE succeed. But when I install the
package ,it displays "Missing required Visual Studio 2015 x64
Redistributable. You need to install it to use MITK." In fact , there is
vc_redist.x64.exe in the thirdpartyinstallers. Why can't it install
vc_redist.x64.exe automatically? (In my pc, the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015
Redistributable doesn't exists.)
