Hello Joao, The only thing that jumped to my attention is that you're using CMake 3.15.1. I only occasionally have to work in Windows, but I had some seemingly unrelated problems that disappeared when I matched the CMake version with that of the MITK build guide (I was using 3.14 and downgraded to 3.13.5 : https://cmake.org/files/v3.13/cmake-3.13.5-win64-x64.msi).
I know it might seem unrelated, but one of the problems in your log is that CMake is not finding Qwt, so changing the CMake version might be helpful? Also check the official MITK guide [ http://mitk.org/wiki/Developer_Tutorial_201804(Microsoft_Windows) ] Hope this helps. I'm sure the MITK dev team will have much better information for you.
