Hi Isaac,

In the Properties View (see Data toolbar), you can change the width of the
contour with the property “labelset > contour > width”. You also find the
property “opacity” there, which is the same as the opacity in the context menu
of your segmentation in the Data Manager (max value is 1). You can
also/additionally change the opacity of the fill color of your segmentation
without affecting the contour: In the MultiLabel Segmentation View, right-click
on your label and change the opacity there.

Best,
Stefan

Subject: [mitk-users] Contour Showing (thickness) for Comparison of different
segmentation

Hello Dear MITK,
I'm trying to use MITK to show different segmentation contour for comparison
purposes, when im showing on images the thickness of contour is very thin, i
used the opacity to enhance it however with this, the contour cant be seen in
images. Is there any option for changing the thickness of contours?
Warmest regards
Isaac
