Greetings, We are developing an application that has to work for both nifti and dicom and we need to know modality and series description for each image.
For dicom that means reading the "modality" and "dicom.series.SeriesDescription". For nifti it usually boils down to trying to infer it from filename. In the interest of not reinventing the wheel, is there a function in mitk that already does the "guessing" for the nifti properties? Thank you, Dimitris
