Dear all, I am new at MITK programming, I was wondering which is the best way to perform a manual segmentation 3D on an image.
What I want to get is a 3D surface of a manually selected area. E.g. Create a point set in different slices (or contours) and then create a 3D surface from it. I saw also "mitkManualSegmentationToSurfaceFilter" but i am not sure about it. Is there any examples? Thanks in advance Andrea
