I have to talk to our hosting service since there were unexpected changes. Meanwhile you can set MITK_THIRDPARTY_DOWNLOAD_PREFIX_URL to https://www.mitk.org/download/thirdparty? (current value: http://mitk.org/download/thirdparty?) as a workaround.
