Hi Christopher, thanks for the feedback- I'm glad it works now!
You can find a detailed documentation about the perfusion and model fit plugins (also including information about the AIF format in the section "Model-specific settings") when pressing F1 whilst the plugin is active in the workbench. The same help file, e.g. for the DCE MR Perfusion DataFit View is available at https://docs.mitk.org/nightly/org_mitk_views_pharmacokinetics_mri.html . Additionally, you can find a manual here: https://www.mitk.org/wiki/File:MITK_ModelFit_Manual_2019-07-29.pdf . The tuple format makes the difference. Would be a nice addition to the documentation :) Best wishes, Christopher ________________________________ Von: Kompan, Ina Nora <i.kom...@dkfz-heidelberg.de> Gesendet: Donnerstag, 4. In this file, the AIF values and corresponding timepoints are arranged in the tupel format (timepoint, AIF value), e.g. for the timepoints (0.0, 1.0, 2.0) and AIF values (0.0, 1.5, 5.0) the file would look like this: 0.0, 0.0 1.0, 1.5 2.0, 5.0 Please be aware that the file must not contain a header line, but the first line must already start with timepoints and AIF values. For the dedicated AIF image, the same formats as for the time series apply, and beside that it has to be an 4D image, no specific characteristics are required. If a dedicated AIF image is selected, the AIF mask must be created on the AIF image rather than on the original time series. I tried to load the AIF as a .txt file with one column and the time point values as rows, but that didn't I couldn't find any information about the AIF options in the docs. Which format must I use to load the AIF from file? Must the AIF image have some specific characteristics (shape, format, ...)?
