the file in question seems to be part of OpenIGTLink, an optional dependency of MITK mainly used in MITK's IGT modules. We have continuous and nightly build clients for our two first tier supported Ubuntu platforms with their default toolchains [1] [2]: Ubuntu 18.04 GNU 7.5 Ubuntu 20.04 GNU 9.4 We cannot provide support for other combinations as they indicate a high level of customization that have a high potential for external issues.
