Hello Mikhail, moving the two images independently is not possible in MITK, as all images loaded in the Workbench inhabit the same 3D space and you only move around in this space. Depending on what you are aiming to do, there are multiple options:
1. If you want two misaligned images to overlap in the same window, this sounds like a Registration task, where you find a transformation to match one image to the other. This transformation can then also be applied to e.g. segmentations belonging to the moving image. In the MITK Workbench you can either choose from a selection of automatic registration algorithms, using the “MatchPoint Algorithm Browser” and “MatchPoint Algorithm Control” views, or do a registration by hand using the “MatchPoint Registration Manipulator” view. 2. If you want to navigate separately in multiple images on different windows, you can use the “MxN Display” instead of the “Standard Display” with the 4 default windows. In the MxN Display you can select the shown data for each window separately. So you could show “BRAIN” in one window and “unnamed” (and its segmentations) in another and navigate around in each of them as you please. I hope this helps. The second set called 'unnamed' is on top of the first set called 'BRAIN...'. Both dicoms and the segmentation layer move together synchronously when I hold down the middle button and move my mouse panzoom.gif<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bYNRshR6WucbDiBx7ffMAvd-Foh2zumh/view?usp=drivesdk>. It would be great to be able to move and to zoom the 'unnamed' layer while the 'BRAIN...' is locked in place and cannot move. I was wondering if it's there's a way to move these images independently . Best, Mikhail [Das Bild wurde vom Absender entfernt.] panzoom.gif
