Dear mitk team, I would like to ask how to calculate IVIM maps by method 1 and 3 in command line because I would like to do the calculation in batch due to larger cases? Could you give a document to state it?
I found a very similar question in the question list, the answer in the list told that an app was add to "ftp://ftp.dkfz-heidelberg.de/outgoing/MitkDiffusion";, but it is an empty link.
