Hello, I'm kind of happy to see someone else has this issue. I'm also having this issue right now. This was working fine last year. I had to rebuild everything two days ago, and this error has popped. I still haven't figured out what the hell is happening.

If "ITKInternalEigen3" provides a separate 18> development package or SDK, be sure it has been installed. The same happens with VS 2019 and 2022. Any advice how to sort out this issue?
