Hello all.
I have been playing around with Mixxx (on Mac OSX Mavericks) for some while now
and I figured that it doesn’t have an option to update Mixxx from within the
application. Please tell me if I am wrong or if missed it and it is already
there but it can be a very valuable option to provide.
Where?
Mixxx -> Check for updates ->
if(update available) then
provide a button to download and update Mixxx
else
show appropriate message
This is a very rough idea I had when I was looking where and what can be
changed/added. I do not know the complexity of this project or how to go about
it but I am willing to learn if it requires skills apart from what I possess.
Also, I am keenly interested in adding MIDI Keyboard mapping GUI as a major
project. Can I get some guidance for reading relevant material for working on
the same?
I am good at C++ programming and have some experience with Qt.
