Udara, I like enhancing metadata interaction, but I'm not sure smart "conflict resolve" is nice. I have almost eight hundred artists in my collection spanning well over fifty years of music history, there are many similar or identical names. Of course you'd probably make the feature optional, but still it would be really annoying to get all my "Autumus" renamed "Autumn", or to have to manually inform the thing it was wrong.
My suggestion? A properties dialogue being available when multiple tracks are selected (currently it is greyed out on multi-select), then adding a tab in that properties dialogue with MusicBrainz interaction (would also be nice to add tab with general file stats like cumulative track length or something). The MusicBrainz general settings would be tucked away in the general preferences menu. ~RAWRR On Mon, 17 Mar 2014 09:50:52 +0200 "udara de silva" <28ud...@gmail.com> wrote: >Hi everyone, >I have done lot of homework on Mixxx to learn how it works this >weekend. >One thing I want to mention is that I had a lot of trouble >building the >project in Windows QtCreator using the .pro file which is under >build->qtcreator.
