In our skin system, we use QtSvg classes to parse and render the skin SVGs.
I think this is different than having support for SVG in QImage, which is
what the CSS system uses to parse SVGs (and the launch image is specified
via CSS). So I think it probably is a missing SVG imageformat plugin.
