Unless as Jan said you mean that they are centred on 64 on transmit less or greater than that according to direction and velocity? But that isn't "signed" in the true sense, you still get an unsigned int in the range 0-127 as you do for all MIDI messages. Anyway, if that is what you mean, it's already supported in mixxx via the spread64 midioption. If not, can you explain further?
