Albert,
I have created an abstract control class (which wknob and
wslidercomposed now use) to fix some things..
sliders and knobs that make a connection to headmix or channelvolume
are now resetted to the right value instead of the center,
and I prevented right-click from changing the value on knobs and
sliders.. that shouldn't break anything, right? probably not,
because the right-click was already hard-coded to reset anyway.
But check the commits (1769, 1770) out and feel free to revert them
if they aren't good.
